Susan Frahm, a 40-year employee in Greene County Medical Center’s nutritional services department and now head cook, was presented the Employee Exemplifying Excellence award at the medical center’s employee recognition event March 25.
The recognition celebration honored 12 Employee Exemplifying Excellence nominees and 29 employees with milestone work anniversaries.
The medical center offers all employees the opportunity to nominate co-workers for the Employee Exemplifying Excellence award. Frahm’s nomination noted Frahm “is honest in her communication and loves to serve her customers well. She demonstrates excellent teamwork and integrity on the job with her peers, customers, and leaders. She is a high performer who cares about the work she does for the medical center. Susan has an excellent attitude and is a pleasure to work with.”
